Earth observation is required for a whole host of applications and is available from a number of different sources at varying levels of detail and cost, from satellite imagery which is typically low resolution and accuracy at low cost, to manual RTK based measured surveying which is very high resolution and accuracy but at a high cost.
Aerial drone mapping accommodates high resolution at relatively low cost. However, more often than not, we favour utilising a combination of two or more data capture methods to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
